One of my favorite times of the Sabbath Day is during the sacrament. I love this time set aside each week to meditate and pray and remember the sacrifice Jesus made for me. Bonus is I get to renew my covenants!
If you have little kids, I remember that it wasn’t always like this. So you can do well to stay calm and loving during the sacrament and try to teach them to think about Jesus.
Matthew 12:12 “Wherefore it is lawful to do well on the Sabbath days.”
What is something extra you can do today? Maybe tell someone with little kids who are a bit noisy during the sacrament, that you love hearing children’s voices at church?
