Yay, I am excited to be offering this class in person and online.
My students who have taken Hardwired for Happy have loved it and have requested I teach a summer session of it as well. It is a little tricky with people going out of town, but I thought, if I record it then those who miss a week can keep up AND my students who live out of my area can participate that way too.
