By the end of the 40 days (which happens to be Easter) you will have a daily easy meditation routine.
I started meditating around 8 years ago and I started with 10 second meditations and slowly worked my way up. Today I can easily meditate for 30 minutes.
My hope is by the end of 40 days you can easily meditate for 3-5 minutes.
