It is always amazing to me how often I judge others throughout the day.  I have a really easy tool I use to stop when I notice it is happening.

I stop and send them love.  So if someone cuts me off when I am driving, my first impulse is to judge them and maybe even say an unkind word.  When I notice I am judging them I think, “Stop, that isn’t really me.  I really want to just send them God’s love.”  I may say a quick prayer for them or I may just send them some love, or I circle them with love and let go.

Matthew 7:1 “Judge not, that ye be not judged.”

Notice today how often you are judging others.  When you notice you are doing this, stop, breathe and say a quick prayer for the person.  You may end up saying a lot of prayers today.  That is OK!  Awareness is the first step to change.
