Mindfulness App Review

After I had been doing the 10 second meditations for a few months, I wanted to meditate longer, but wasn’t sure how.  I decided to download this app.  It is very simple and had some guided meditations to help increase my length of meditation.  This is different than the guided meditations I have shared, in that there is a lot of silence and just periodic reminders to focus on your breathing and let thoughts float away.

They have different lengths to choose from including:

3 minute

5 minutes

A nice 5 minute body scan.

You can also do meditations without the guided aspect, which makes the app more like a timer.   It also can connect with your AppleWatch to remind you to meditate!

If you want to try an easy and simple meditation app, this Mindfulness App is a good one.

Today practice by setting your timer and

Using your finger movements

Breathe in Peace & Calm

Pause (2,3,4)

Breathe out and Smile

Pause (2,3,4)

Repeat until your timer dings!

Then listen to the Rainbow Boundary Meditation – this is important because tomorrow you will add another phase to your meditation and having listened to this meditation at least once will help.
