I don’t know about you, but sometimes I don’t feel like my body is my friend.  It feels like I am often fighting against my body.

It has overwhelming desires for unlimited chocolate. It struggles to wake up in the morning and get out of bed. I want to yell, “C’mon body, get on board with my grand plans!”

This is one reason why I like to use my body when I meditate. It helps me to see the power my body has in helping me succeed. It increases my gratitude for my body. It reminds me my body is my friend and when I work together with it, things go more smoothly.

Today:

Use your friend, your body as you meditate.

Use your fingers, touching pointer, middle, ring and pinky with your thumb
as you Breathe in Peace & Calm

Pause (2,3,4)

Breathe out and Smile

Pause (2,3,4)

Repeat 2-5 times
