The more you practice the more your skills get better.  Isn’t that why we are here on earth?  To learn and grow our skills.  This takes practice and kindness to ourselves.  Like a baby learning to walk, do we chastise him when he falls?  Or just laugh and help them up to try again?

If you miss a day of meditating, that is OK.  Tomorrow you can start again.  It is all about increasing your skills.  Remember, “The master has failed more times than the beginner has ever tried.” Stephen McCranie

It is OK if you “fail” or make mistakes or miss a day as long as you keep on trying.

The only way you to improve is when you fall down 7 times, you get up 8.

Today:

Set your timer for at least 1 minute.

Using your finger movements:

Breathe in Peace & Calm

Pause (2,3,4)

Breathe out and Smile

Pause (2,3,4)

Repeat until your timer dings
