In todays episode I delve into the 8 steps to hack your phone, so your brain can be in charge again.
- Check and mark your screen time stats. Here is how to check screen time on iphone. Here is how to check screen time on android.
- Note where you are spending your time. Does anything surprise you?
- Delete Apps that are hard for your mind to control.
- Block the websites that distract you.
- You can also set up time limits on your phone!
- Change your phone to black and white.
- Leave your phone at a charging station when you can.
- Have a different device for nighttime/morning.
