One of my spiritual gifts is dreams. This is coming to play a bigger role in my life in the past year. I often dream, but I can feel a difference in a gift of a dream from a normal dream. They feel different. I wake up knowing there is a message for me in it.
Finding the Message
Luckily I have a morning routine of meditation, prayer, scripture study and journaling. So if I have a gift dream I take time to pray about it and journal to find out the meaning of the dream.
They are usually warnings for me and/or my family.
- Stay focused on the Gospel
- Declutter your house.
- Don’t let distractions keep you from important things.
- In times of danger call on angels.
- Cling to Jesus.
I occasionally share some of my dreams on my blog if I feel it is appropriate and would be inspirational for others.
- Cling to the Saver/Savior
- Declutter Your House
How to interpret your dreams
If you have a dream that you think has important meaning, take time to pray and journal about it. Ask God to tell you what He wants you to learn from it.
Then do what He tells you!
