I learned this tool last year
and it still amazes me how much it has helped me
get more done
and enjoy my day more!
If you only had 1 thing to do in a day….
chances are you would get it done.
But most of us want to get more than one thing done!
So what if our day really had 3 days in it?
I have 3 “days” in mine
- Early morning (6-9am)
- Daytime (9-3)
- Evening (3-9)
So I have 1 thing I want to do in each of my “days”
it really has changed how I think about things and helped me so much!
