Months ago I was led to study the Rock of Christ. So I did scripture study and read talks and listened to songs. I was given a beautiful visualization as a result of all of this study and I started incorporating it into the sessions I was doing. I decided to record a short version of it so that anyone who is needing extra strength or just wants an easy 4 minute visualization to lift themselves up and draw closer to Christ can use.
