Being completely in your body, grounded to the earth and connected to Heaven is powerful.  It helps you to be present and aware and helps your spirit to be in charge.

Today:

Set your timer for at least 1 minute.

Using your finger movements:

Breathe in Peace & Calm

Pause (2,3,4)

Breathe out and Smile

Pause (2,3,4)

Until your timer dings

Now listen to this guided visualization walking you through the steps of grounding, this is important because this skill will be incorporated into your daily practice in the next few days.
