6 Easy Tools to Help You Feel Better!

Have you ever felt upset or had so many thoughts buzzing around in your head that you just want them to go away? Well, today I’m going to share some fun and easy ways to help clear those feelings and bring in good vibes! We’ll be talking about six different tools that you can use by yourself. And guess what? You can do these whenever and wherever you want!

**1. Scribbling Out Your Feelings**

The first tool is scribbling! It’s so simple and fun. Imagine something that’s bothering you, like a thought or an emotion. Then, write it down on a piece of paper. Grab a crayon and scribble like crazy, letting all your emotions and energy flow through the crayon. Set a timer for two minutes if you want. And scribble until you feel like you’ve let it all out. Some people scribble until their doodles form oval shapes, then they know they’re done!

**2. Journaling and Shredding**

Journaling is like writing a secret letter to yourself. It helps you understand your emotions better. And here’s the fun part: after you write down your thoughts, you can rip it up or even burn it! This makes sure no one else reads it, and it also feels like you’re throwing those feelings away for good.

**3. Affirmations for Positive Thoughts**

Affirmations are like magic words that make you feel good. After you scribble or journal to let go of the old, you can say or write new positive thoughts that you want to believe. You can make them up yourself or even ask someone for ideas. It’s important are stated in a positive way.

**4. Tapping for Calmness**

Tapping funnily enough includes tapping parts of your body to help you feel better. Start by tapping the side of your hand and say, “Even though I feel _________, I love myself!” Fill in the blank with how you feel. Keep tapping different spots to chase away the bad mood. You’ll feel much lighter!

**5. Grounding and Shielding Your Energy**

Think of grounding and shielding like putting on invisible armor to keep your energy safe. This doesn’t necessarily clear energy, but it keeps negativity from getting to you. Doing this every day helps you have a happy day. I even have a special song I sing to do this quickly. So cool, right?

**6. Breathing to Let Go**

Deep breaths are like tiny magical waves washing away bad feelings. When you’re sad or frustrated, breathe in deeply, and then let it all out while thinking of letting go of the bad stuff. It’s okay if it’s hard to breathe when you cry. Once you relax, those deep breaths will help calm things down.
