Often past experiences create very strong emotions that can be trapped in specific places in our body. This can sometimes eventually cause a physical symptom. Often I will find that emotions and physical issues are very closely related. By releasing the trapped emotions, it can also help to release the physical discomfort.
Trapped emotions can also lead to negative behaviors, especially in children. I have found that releasing trapped emotions can help shift things in family relationships.
At first, it is fairly typical to find trapped emotions from birth, childhood or teenage years. Many people may not consciously remember what exactly happened, and that is OK. Your body does remember, and it will release the trapped emotion when asked specifically to do so.
These trapped emotions are found via muscle testing.
